Hey! Thanks for checking out my page. I’m a singer/songwriter/ guitarist who is working toward a successful career as a recording artist. I was born Stormy Montana Hosey on September 20, 1993. I’ve always sang as Stormy Montana. So, not copying the Disney character Miley Cyrus plays at all….That’s really my name. I love to sing, am a pretty good guitarist and I’ve written quite a bit.

I completed my first fully produced project titled “Someone Like Me” in September, 2008. I’m kinda proud of the finished product and think you’ll like it, too. I picked 15 songs from my favorite writers; people like James Slater, Dave Pahanish, Kris Bergsnes, Marcus Hummon, Casey Kessell, Randy Newnam, Liz Rose, Monty Criswell, and more. And then there are the musicians, oh wow, I can’t tell you how much it meant to have people with that level of accomplishment help me by contributing to this effort. It’s like a who’s who of Nashville’s favorites.

I’m still a work in progress, and there are lots of folks who have helped me get to the place I am now. Teresa Smith, Charlie Baker, and Dave Brainard, have all taught me so much. I’ll never be able to thank them enough. And then there’s Mom. My mom is a little crazy, which helps a lot. She has allowed, even forced, me to be exposed to all kinds of music in all kinds of places. I call it being “musically abused.”

I am honored to have been asked to endorse Elite Guitars. They are a brand new line of completely hand made instruments. I can’t wait for all you who come out and hear me to check out these amazing guitars.

I perform in a wide variety of places. Maybe, I’ll see you at one of them. I open for concerts, sing in bars, at clubs, fairs, festivals, at church, at the lake, conventions, some competitions (but not many), clubhouses and well…. You get the idea… anywhere they’ll let me.
